I discovered today that if you want to face the world with all the confidence, you got to have a good bath, have a long bath,dance,sing and don't come out till you are feeling confident and good about yourself.I recommend having a cold shower it rejuvenates, and is more fun than the hot shower, if you have a mirror make funny faces and dance, otherwise you can sing songs with a bad voice.
No one can disturb you there, its your space,the maid wont ask you what to cook, you can even tell your GF/husband/wife/boss that you were in the shower and couldn't answer the 10 missed calls.
